Shena joined SearchPath of Chicago in 2008 as the Managing Director of the firm’s Solar Energy Practice. Her responsibilities include: developing new Solar Energy clients; identifying executive level candidates; and maintaining client relationships.
Shena brings 16 years of search experience to SearchPath of Chicago. From 2006 to 2008, she served as a Vice President for the Carlyle Group, a Chicago retained search firm. As a senior member of their Real Estate Practice, she consummated 27 successful executive level searches. Her client profile included pension funds, private equity firms, and financial institutions.
From 1995 to 2006, Shena worked for OSG Global, a worldwide executive search firm, where she served as Director of Information Technology Recruitment. She specialized in placing key personnel in corporate finance and information technology positions.
Shena was born in Tonbridge, Kent, UK and educated at Bedgebury Park School and Oxford University. She has lived in America with her family for over thirty years. Shena prefers to apply an international perspective and a multicultural understanding in her business approach.
