Jeanne joined SearchPath of Chicago in 2009 as the Managing Director of the firm’s Wind Energy business unit and was quickly promoted to her current role. Her responsibilities include: developing new clients, identifying executive level talent and developing and maintaining client relationships. Jeanne brings 30 years of experience across a variety of industries including: recruiting, consulting, telecommunications, leasing, financial markets and continuing education. Jeanne’s work has focused on a variety of functional areas in each of these industries including: operations, quality, organizational development/structure, finance, training, and professional development. Jeanne was born in Worcester, MA and has an MBA from DePaul University in Chicago and two Bachelor degrees one in Business Administration and the other in Mathematics. Jeanne’s focus is on developing long-term relationships with both client companies and candidates. Having been on both sides of the desk, Jeanne believes in a straightforward yet empathetic approach to her recruiting practice.
